CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation free, if you cancel up to 6 days before your arrival. From 5 days you should pay 20% of the total amount of the reservation, this amount will not be returned in the event of cancellation. To confirm your reservation we are going to send you an email with an online procedure for safe payments which must be completed at least 7 days before arrival, if the payment isn’t confirmed unfortunately we will cancel the reservation.

Partially refundable:

No changes or refunds are allowed, in that case there will be a penalty of 20% of the total amount of your reservation.

Non-refundable:

No changes or refunds are allowed.
