Which sports can you practice in Salou?

• Sports and nautical activities: thanks to the Estación Náutica’s (Marina) offers and the courses offered by the Salou Nautical Club, you can practice activities like kayaking, scuba diving, water-skiing or even parasailing, among many other things.

• Golf: the Lumine golf courses are the ideal place to practice golf in Salou. Whether you are a golfing professional or you want to take up this sport, Lumine Golf has three courses set out in privileged surroundings next to the sea. 

• Football: there are several options to play football in Salou. In addition to the municipal pitch, which is fully equipped, there is also the Salou Football Complex with various pitches and facilities with meeting rooms. 

• Cycling: Salou has two Cross Country circuits located in the Cap Salou area. There is a “field circuit” for kids and another for adults.

• Municipal facilities: Salou also has the municipal pavilion where you can practice indoor football, volleyball, basketball and swimming in the two indoor pools. And if that is not enough, there are lots of outdoor football pitches and basketball courts throughout the town.
